Frameworks Architects Limited have been practicing as architects in Papua New Guinea for over 30 years, with the Principal Architect practicing in Papua New Guinea for 42 years. Frameworks Architects Limited during that period has had offices in Port Moresby, Goroka, Mount Hagen, Lae and Rabaul. These were systematically reduced when the nation experienced an economic downturn after 1997 through to just recently. Those architectural firms that have survived the last twenty to thirty years have earned the right to be called a Papua New Guinea company while still proving their commitment to the Government by paying their taxes.
Currently Frameworks Architects maintains two offices: one in Port Moresby and one in Goroka.
Frameworks Architects Limited have been responsible for the design and documentation of a broad range of architectural projects throughout Papua New Guinea and overseas. In addition to design services, Frameworks Architects capabilities extend to project management, planning and feasibility studies for clients in the project inception stage, services during construction assisting contractors with implementing the design and providing the specialist construction advice that allow economic and practical solutions.

Paul Frame
Paul Frame is an Australian Architect practicing in Papua New Guinea since 1978. He received s bachelor of Architecture at University of Sydney in 1971 and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Design at University of New South Whales in 1973.
He worked in several architectural firm in Sydney until 1997, He established a small architectural office with other local practicing industrial architecture design. In 1982 he founded Frameworks Architects Limited extending his practice in this field and subsequently he founded a film School in PNG, Skul Bilong Wokim Piksa, NCC in 2009.
One of his project was included and illustrated in the History of Architecture and in other history books, making him a renowned in cultural and traditional architecture for PNG.
